Ingredients


500g Macaroni

Cheddar cheese

Gouda cheese

Mozzarella cheese


FOR WHITE SAUCE

Flour

White pepper

Milk

Butter

Paprika powder


Method...


Boil pasta and set aside when done... For white sauce melt 2 tablespoons butter and add flour then stir in milk gradually until it makes a thick cream sprinkle white pepper and salt to taste.


Mix half of the white sauce with pasta then pour in the pyrex. The pour the remaining white source over the pasta and sprinkle cheese to cover the top. Bake until cheese is well melted.
