 Quails, pasta and mushroom sauce




You will need


Button mushrooms

Mixed veggies (green beans, carrots, baby marrow and peppers)

Quails

Cream

Garlic

Salt 

Butter

Herbs (basil and rosemary)


Method

Season quails with the herbs and oil then sprinkle salt and grill.


Fry mised veggies and set aside.


For mushroom sauce, fry butter and garlic together then add sliced button mushrooms. When they soften add your cream and let that simmer before serving
